Director and Photographer

Renato's photographic journey began long before he held a camera. As a youth, he used to observe the changing light, textures, and shapes in the world, unconsciously studying these elements that would later contribute to his future career. He studied Marketing and Advertising in Brazil, where he fell in love withe the camera. With no prior experience, he landed a job as a photography assistant in a studio—a turning point for which he's forever grateful.

Renato's career took him from photojournalism to working with renowned architecture photographers, solidifying his passion for architectural and interior design photography. Beyond work, his heart belongs to his family, exploring nature and sports.

Director and Head of Operations

Natalie began her professional career in a very different field, being primary care within the NHS. It was an enlightening introduction to working life, assisting those when they were sick and vulnerable.

Learning significant skills on how best to employ diplomacy and mediation to resolve conflict and the key role organisation and communication plays in avoiding misunderstandings, she progressed further by learning the fundamentals of HR generalism. She joined a residential sales and letting agent where she launched a new HR department. Her HR role expanded to include Operations where she was responsible for up to 100 employees.

After a decade within the property market, Natalie pursued an opportunity to work within the media industry relative to her property experience and since joining Breeze, hopes to continue to hone her business acumen and strategic abilities to great success. Natalie has a keen interest for cinematography and a passion for the classics, particularly Jane Austen.

Director and Photographer

Ryan's Grandfather gave him his first camera when he was 4 years old, and always encouraged him to document small and interesting parts of every day life. Ryan grew up in a large family living near the sea, and developed a fascination for photographing impressive scenery, enigmatic light, water and people - in particular, his brothers and sisters.

While living in Australia and Canada, Ryan discovered a love for painting, and has been continually inspired by colour, values, line and light.

An advert in the newspaper led him into a career in Photojournalism where he learned how to capture fleeting moments beautifully and effectively. This experience inspired him to follow his ambition and achieve a BA Hons in Photography at the University of Roehampton.

Ryan’s work has been shortlisted for the Portrait of Britain Award published by Hoxton Press, and displayed at free range festival 2018. His paintings sell at the Riverside Gallery in Barnes.

He can often be found painting or taking photos by the river in West London.
